These plungers
are intended for use with aluminum, brass or any soft material which is
easily marred. The nose is made from high-tensile-strength phenolic-type
material, reinforced for minimum deformation under force. Features high
dielectric strength and excellent wear resistance. Has self-lubricating
surface and will not chip. Bodies are made of steel and have a black oxide
finish.
Delrin Nose-Also available with Delrin Nose. Bodies are made of
steel and have a black oxide finish. |

These plungers
are especially designed to take the tough abuse of high-speed, long life,
product applications. Hexagonal-shaped nose is easily accessible for adjustment
with a standard end or socket wrench; speeds installation and removal.
The long spring life and flat-nose design are ideal for any applications
requiring exceptionally long life. Bodies are made of steel and have a
black oxide finish. |
