  • Steel parts are manufactured from 12L14 or other mild steel, supplied with high strength alloy socket cap screws.
  • All Steel Parts are supplied with black finish unless otherswise specified.
  • Unless otherwise apecified, stainless steel parts and fasteners are Type 303.
  • Aluminum parts are manufactured from 2011 or 2024 aluminum, supplied with high strength alloy socket cap screws.
  • All parts can be easily machined and are weldable.

  • Axial Load Capacity Vs. Cap Screw Size*

    Axial load capacity is mainly a function of the clamp screw and as such, can be derived for most steel clamp collars from the chart below.
    These results wer obtained using High-Strength steel collars on standard steel shafting with no special treatment on shaft surfaces.
